Stuck in the last Bossfight

I need help with my character Erevias. I couldn't progress in the final boss fight and wanted to return to town to optimize my gear. However, I was already unable to click on the town portal, so I selected "send back to town" in the character selection screen. Now I've been stuck in town for a week and can't access my stash, the town portal, or anything else. I can only talk to the merchants. Please help so I can continue playing with my level 68 character.
