[Feedback] Allow us to save "Highlight items" regexes/searches

This is an action I repeat a lot when highlighting items: type in the same search or copy/paste the same regex. Many things can be filtered down with just a few (2-4) letters but some things are more complicated than that.

Changing the "Highlight items" to be a dropdown list that we can edit would be a huge QoL time saver.
