Blackflame Amethyst Ring '% Increased Ignite Magnitude' affix unaffected by Xoph Catalysts

Xoph Catalysts on the Blackflame Amethyst Ring seems to work inconsistently. Xoph Catalysts only seem to affect the '% Reduced Ignite Duration on Enemies' and not '% Increased Ignite Magnitude' for some reason?

On poe2db.tw it shows that the 'IgniteEffect' affix has no elemental, fire or ailment tag. I would assume it should have those tags but does not. It's strange that it doesn't work that way.
