Digsite Endgame Map Node + Map Boss - Abyssal Bugged Interaction

In the digsite endgame map node, the abyssal rift spawned in the boss arena ( ).

That's not an issue in itself but the boss drops pillars on either side of the arena during one of his phases that covered the rift and trapped the enemies and rift reward in the pillars.

So I can't kill the last enemy trapped in it and the abyssal trove reward is inaccessible. Maybe rifts shouldn't spawn in the arena to prevent this?
