The Black Crow Unkillable bug

Been doing a map with The Black Crow corrupted boss.

Soon before getting to half life the boss is not attackable anymore. Playing a minion build and all of my minions deaggro and just walk with me. he cant take damage from any of my minion command spells (dont have any direct damage abilities myself and no skillgems on me to test it) Debuffs like intimidate do still apply on the boss, elemental ailments do not.
only way out is letting him kill me which doesnt fix the bug, it just happens again at roughly the same hp bar.

The map was in between 2 activated towers, had breaches, Delirium and corrupted map boss.

Its my first bug report and post on the forum so not quite sure what is needed (comments on how and what appreciated). Gonna write the waystone mods below just to be safe.

Tier 9 Waystone with:
65% increased waystones,
Area is corrupted,
20% increased Pack size,
Area contains Obelisk of corruption,
area has 19% increased chance to contain rogue exiles,
1 additional mod for rare mobs,
Mobs are armoured,
1 additional Breach,
delirium encounters have 9% chance for unique bosses,
Monsters got 2 more projectiles,
area has patches of ignited ground,
14% increased gold,
1 additional rare chest.
