Xbox Series X Performance

Hello I don't know if its me just experiencing this but I've tried to adjust my settings to ultra performance dynamic culling/resolution on and off the sound channel lower. I've disabled 4k on my xbox settings and basically forced it into 720p/1080p I've also tried to set the settings to bilinear 720p and the game looked awful but I was still getting massive fps spikes while I was mapping - I have the white digital xbox... but I see people capturing gameplay of the game and theirs looks way smoother than mine also my friend has the same console and he says he barely gets any lag.. it seems to be something with my shaders when contagion spreads with ravenous swarm on my screen I'm getting like 8 fps and the games got insane screen tear I'm unable to find even a setting to try vysnc or anything... at this point I was wondering if it's because my tv is too big - any thoughts? Or is there going to be improvements for performance because I'm struggling to do t6 maps in hardcore thanks.
