Volatile Dead

ello,

i tried to build around volatile dead and i am not sure if its a bug or intended, but it does not have a duration tag, even tho it has a duration on the skill. reduced skill effect duration does work on it, but the reduced duration gem cant be socketed.

i am wondering why it does not explode on enemy contact anyway. the dmg it okay, but the delay makes it completely unusable.
