Using skills on Roa Mount issues.

When I have certain skills on my 2nd weapon loadout they do not function properly when riding a Roa Mount.

-Freezing Salvo: does not generate missiles and any missiles already gained will reset to zero upon getting on the Roa Mount after entering a new area.

-Garukhans Resolve: supported skill never comes off cooldown no matter how much distance is traveled.

Dodging to get off the Roa Mount and getting back on the Roa Mount fixes both these issues. Issue repeats each time I enter a new area such as a map or an abyssal depths. There may be other skills that don't function properly but these are the two I have experienced
