Last Vaal Interlude bossfight bugged my quest

So I did this bossfight twice and both times it bugged out but the 2nd time it bugged out got me completely locked out of any further quest progression whatsoever. Here is what happened:

On my first try I killed the Priestess first because I noticed her bleed damage and wanted to take that out asap, but when she died and I started working on the Priest he just kept healing over and over and over. I let myself die and figured I'd just try again.

On my second try I worked both of them down simultaneously and this helped since they both died and I summoned Doryani.

But here's the kicker: I portaled to town because I wanted to disenchant everything that dropped and I lacked inventory space for 1 item. When I came back, the Priest got back into combat with 0HP left and a full energy shield plus I COULD NOT DAMAGE HIM.

This was happening as Doryani was standing right there so I thought maybe I could skip ahead if I clicked fast enough that the next part of the quest would take place. I found a window and clicked Doryani's dialogue fast enough that the next part happened, which has something to do with the Hooded One.

I don't know what is supposed to happen because the Hooded One never showed, the Priest and Priestess are back at their altar doing their initial animation (when you walk into the bossroom) and they don't react to me at all.


So I can't progress the quest and I can't initiate the bossfight - I am genuinely stuck RIGHT before maps T_T pls
