Vaults of Kamasa spawning wrong tileset/no skill book

I have run 2 of 4 nodes that spawned this unique map in a recent cluster, and I both did not get a map of nothing but chests, nor did I get a skill book on completing it for the first time. Is this a known bug?

SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Build is shown at level 47, end of Act 3. It tore through Act 3 like butter.

I just had 4 maps spawn the wrong portals/tileset. One of them was Vaults of Kamasa.
The portals spawned a Sun Temple. Castaway spawned Cliffside portals, and Caldera spawned Sandspit portals twice. Seems to be an issue with the atlas? Sandspit boss still won't spawn btw. |
