Level 80 Lightning Sorc Struggling with T15 maps/gear

I am at level 80, Lightning Sorc, struggling through T14-15 maps. I have a +6 staff and all my gems/gear at high quality but where do I go next with enhancing my gear? I have focused on damage because +resist seems like secondary stats when I rarely see it, let alone +75%.

I can give some advice. You will likely do a lot better with a wand and focus.

" Yes. I use arc and Lightning conduit for single target. A wand and focus can have +8 to all spell skills total. For the focus I recommend buying one with all good mods except the spell skills.
