Request: Breach Stash Tab and Fixing Splinter Affinity

This request has two related parts:

1. Please give us a Breach stash tab for Breach Splinters and Catalysts.

2. Please fix the affinity of Simulacrum Splinters. Currently they do not have prioritized affinity for the Simulacrum tab but rather for the Fragment tab. This seems incorrect.
