Hi. I have recorded a video of me completing the new content in Act 4 of the game. I am having difficulty completing it on HC mode. I am stuck at this point and have no idea how to improve my equipment at the moment.

There are nodes in tree which reduce enemy regeneration but that's pretty far from ranger starting point so try Vine Arrow with Acrimony support, it should cut enemy regeneration by a half as long as it takes damage from vines.
