Ascendancy points - Issue

I completed Both the 2 floor and 3 floor of the Trial of The Sekhemas.
I also completed the 10 trials of the Temple of the chaos 2 times. I have not received the Ascendancy points that Im supposed to get. I have only 4 points of the ascendancy points from the First trian of Sekhemas. Can you please help me to get the points I'm missing, Im lv 88, and This is really not letting me progress in the game, as Im mising the additional skills that I need. Screenshots? If you have 4 points, you should have gotten another 2 points after completing the 3rd floor of Sekhem or the 10-trial chaos. Did you click on the altar at the end of the trial?

I have no idea how to add a Screenshot in here, but yes I finished the 3rd floor of sekhem, and did not got anything.

Are you sure you've fully completed the 3rd floor of sekhem (the scorpion boss) and 10 trials of chaos? After the 2nd floor and the 7th trial, the altar will be accessible, but it won't award points, this is for changing the ascendancy.

Yes 100% positive even if I complete the Trial Again the altar is enabled but it does not award any points.
