Waystones disappear if you put more than one tower a tower slot

Open a tower with no Waystone inserted
ctrl-click on Waystone to insert
ctrl-click on a 2nd Waystone to insert

2nd Waystone disappears from your inventory, and you can never get it back after removing the original one. Every way additional way stone inserted into the tower will vanish from inventory

Happens to multiple people! Saw youtube videos of it, and also happened to me just now, because i forgot :/
