Please update the trade so that annul and chaos orbs aren't shown before exalts

It's annoying at best. Always need to filter with exalted currency to avoid seeing a wall of listed 1 annul items.

It has been like this for over 7 days now

Aside from being annoying, it can also kind of be considered a form of scam that targets new players. Although probably most of those annul listings don't have that intention

I don't know that any of the listings necessarily elevate to the level of a "scam" exactly, but people are definitely abusing the stale exchange rates to get their listings on top of searches despite being far more expensive.

Like the Market has annul:exa at 17:1 while the actual going rate is like 90:1.

It desperately needs hot fixing because it basically makes the "exalted equivalence" search option useless. I can set a cap of 500 exa and get back results going for the equivalent of 2,600 exa in annuls. It's a little more than annoying at that point - it makes the search function pretty unusable in certain situations. Even if new players aren't getting "scammed" they're going to be really frustrated trying to use search to find low-cost gear that is buried under mountains of annul listings.

Yea, "scam" probably isn't the best way to describe it, but there are surely a lot of people doing this in bad faith.
I think it's safe to assume that anything priced in annuls are overpriced. Very few legit players will intentionally price in annuls.

Just choose to show in exalts for cheap items and in divines when looking for more expensive stuff.

That certainly "works" in the sense of no longer seeing the trades, but it's not exactly ideal. Those items are still there, so you're always trading against a lower supply volume than actually exists, and it prevents you from using excess currency to make quick trades, essentially forcing you to "collapse" all your currencies into exalts first (and paying a tax in the process).

The problem with the current implementation is that it suggests functionality that doesn't actually exist. For any less experienced player, they're going to assume that the Market listing a 1 annul Trade above a 30 exa means that it's a less expensive item... it's one thing to say that players are responsible for figuring out what things are worth but in this case the UI is actively misleading them.

I really think they should just pull out the "equivalent" search options and let us set our own exchange rates right in the search UI. It's clunkier than a real-time sync but probably less complex to implement and basically gives us full freedom to set our own filters (of course you could still use the direct orb value searches if you prefer).
