[0.3] Chronomancer Mortar Mayhem - Lock Load and Explode - Endgame Build

Hi Exiles!

This is my first build guide here, so be gentle and don’t hit me like a Lightning Spear.

I’m an old-school gamer since Diablo 1, and I’ve embraced the Path of Exile world since PoE 2. Now I’m fully addicted to both PoE 1 and 2.

I’m having a blast with this build, and so far I’ve been clearing all T16 maps, bosses, and some Pinnacle content. I’m currently level 90, so I’m sure there’s still room for improvement.
