It's not too late. Just admit it and apologize. You might be surprised.

Not a forum guy but I figured I'd give this a go from the heart.

It's time to step up and show some courage. Admit the game isn't reasonably playable (at least Act4/Endgame) due to poor optimization. And as an appreciated added bonus (I might be pushing our luck), apologize for ignoring or addressing our complaints by gas lighting us to believe our issues are "network related" and the game.

WE KNOW IT'S THE BETA, and honestly, I am absolutely fine that I paid $30 for it even though it's still broken. The campaign was great! 30$ well deserved especially if you factor in the countless hours of free PoE 1 contact we received over the years.

But unnecessarily slapping this division of your player base around by not communicating fairly will likely come back to bite you. This franchise is adored but not invincible.

An announcement along the lines of "Yeah, our current late game is obviously a horrific experience for our console (assuming xbox deals with the same issues) players right now. It is light years below our standard. I know you all enviously watch streamers with their baller PCs cut through end game like butter and are no doubt are frustrated the same is unachievable at this time. In conclusion Blah blah blah we value you blah blah and will make it right. We just aren't certain when to expect it to be at a respectable or at least reasonable standard"

You will probably be surprised how many of us (the reasonable silent majority and the vets at least) will cut you some major slack. Sure, we likely will dip for a bit while it's resolved, but we will come back for with a statement like that.

TDLR - Show some courage and own this issue. Admit it's on your end and not ours (an apology of course would be a bonus). IF you do, the players that matter (who help grow this base organically each year), will absolutely be back when it's ready.

They dont even acknowledge or reply to anyhing so i highly doubt it.

I love the game mysef but these performance issues is making act 4 to end game unplayable.
