Various Demon Form bugs

There are numerous bugs with demon form currently.

Bug 1:
Summary: When pressing the hotkey for a channeling spell with a weapon from a weapon set not currently selected, the active weapon is switched, but the channeling spell is not activated.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable demon form
2. Have a staff in weapon slot 1 and another staff in weapon slot 2
3. Equip weapon slot 1
4. Assign a channeling spell (eg flameblast) to use only weapon slot 2
5. Press and hold the hotkey for flameblast
6. Observe the weapon switches to weapon slot 2, however flameblast is not used

Note that when not in demon form, this works as intended, and flameblast gets used properly.


Bug 2:
Summary: Sometimes in demon form, after dashing, movement speed is severely permanently reduced while walking. The only way to fix this is to change movement speed again, by using a skill, dashing again, or some other way.

I am not sure how to reproduce this.

Bug 3:
Summary: When in demon form and exiting the boat to enter an act 4 island, you are stuck in place and cannot move. The solution currently is to disable demon form before exiting the boat.

Bug 4:
Summary: When in demon form and revealing an item with the well of souls, no skills are able to be used, no actions can be done, and you are stuck not being able to do anything until you log out. After logging back in, the issue is fixed.

Bonus Elemental Conflux bug:
Summary: Vitality 2 support gem gets disabled every time elemental conflux switches elements
