Abyssal and fissures

I do not know if this is intended or not but abyssal cracks negate some builds completely. Fissures cannot pass above the cracks. So for example (totally random) if you play monk all fissure skills like storm wave are irrelevant for the whole 0.3 since abyssal mechanism renders them useless.

Yes and same for the twisters, it's like they bounce back as if it was a wall
