Treasures of Utzaal

Hammer does not drop, I killed Mektul too close to lava and I think hammer dropped somewhere outside of map, and because of that no matter how many times I reset instance, hammer spawns outside of map. Is there anyway I can totally reset quest, or can a moderator reset my quest, or do I have to remake character?

Bump, not sure if i can do this but i want to know if there is a solution
