Freezing computer when closing PoE2

I am currently playing PoE2 on the following system:

- 9700k
- Asus Maximus XI Hero (bios 2004)
- 2080 TI (Drivers: 581.15)
- 32 GB Ram DDR4 @ 3200 Mhz
- Windows 11 23H2 up to date

I have no problem playing the game, it is stable and doesnt crash. The problem occurs when I exit the game, it will freeze my computer (I cant even use CTRL+ALT+DEL) and I have to hard reset the PC.

I have tried DDU to install again the Nvidia drivers, I have tried both Vulkan and DX12 and it happens in both. I have also tried to exclude cores 0,1, and tried to forcefully shutdown the game from the task manager. It always ends with the computer freezing.

It only happens with Path of Exile 2, and not in any other game. If I remember correctly, it didnt happen when the game was first launched in Early Access. I quit playing and came back for the launch of the new patch and league and it started happening.
