The Rogue Exile Adrienne instant kill bug

My character is pathfinder, using poison burst, gas arrow and toxic growth, and I'm immune to poison, but Adrienne always kill me instantly after I use the skill above, which also causes game crash at the same time.

I doubt that Adrienne incorrectly calculates the poison skills I used. It is really destroying the game-play for whoever wants to play poison.
