Jamanra, The Risen King bug

So I was fighting Jamanra, reached the sand crabs phase then when the battle continued, Jamanra went for a charged attack but It got frozen when the attack animation started, right after fully charged. Well it reached 1/3 of its health and got stuck.

He is there floating doing nothing instead of flying away to the desert.

I can see the HP bar but cannot deal any damage or interact with it.

The stairs to the desert sandy wind area is available. I went in, got the checkpoint, then when I came back, Jamanra still there with the HP bar.

The quest still gave me the "return to the Caravan" as if the quest was completed.
