[Build of the Week] Rocketman Shankgonne Build! To the Moon!

Hi Everyone!

Want to style on those land dwellers?
Then you've come to the right place!

Here I'll teach you how to fly to the moon while clearing maps.

This build feature's Jonathan's favorite new unique: Shankgonne unique boots.
These boots provide you with a special ability: Black Powder Blitz. This replaces your dodge roll with an explosive rocket jump allowing you to fly to the moon. As you rocket through the skies, enemies around your launchpad will get vaporized by the high crit, high damage explosion.

This build costs considerable currency.

Due to the fact that, for some strange reason, Shankgonne has whopping 3.5s cooldown at level 20, we need Temporalis to lower this down to below 0.7s to ensure there is no downtime between flights.

Further, Shankgonne's Black Powder Blitz scales really well with levels. At level 20, the base damage is 521-967. The highest I was able to reach was level 36 where the base damage is now 4988 to 9263.This is almost a 10x scaling on which all other multis function off of.

To accomplish this level scaling, we use Uhtred's, Fire Mastery, Fireflower corrupted to +6, Sunsplinter corrupted to +4, and Gemling's Ascendancy for +2 levels.
