(POE 2) Sealed Vault - No Vaults spawned

Hello dear GGG,
Have a bug with Sealed Vault. There are no Vaults spawned but two small soul cores are in my inventory. It is a pretty rare event so it's really sad that I spend my idol for nothing. same here, It didnt even spawn the Ritual Altars, so sad

Just happened to me as well.

You just go to fight the boss. The soul cores are 99% likely to be something that they forgot to remove when they ported the map from the campaign design to an atlas map. You can ignore them.

Happened to me just now. It sucks not to find any vault after using the idol.
