The Whispering Ice keeps re-granting its skills

I have The Whispering Ice staff. It grants the Icestorm skill. I bind it to the E key.

Every time I move to another area, this skill disappears from E and binds itself to the first available skill slot (any unassigned mouse button, or Q, or W).

It also happens every few minutes in the same area.

Moreover, if I open the skill panel (G) and sit in my hideout watching it: after a few minutes the granted skills Icestorm and Heart of Ice will disappear and re-appear.

Looks like this item un-grants and re-grants its skills on every area change, and also randomly in the same area.

This is still in the game... and its rather annoying given just how often you move between instances etc....

Still relevant as of 0.4.0c.

Still not fixed!

This bug still exists, happening to me currently whenever I swap zones, it re-arranges my icestorm skill to a different keybind.

+1 still happening. Even more annoying on controller as it keeps defaulting to the same button as looting.

just keep it on right mouse click and it won't disappear!
having the same problem when i bind it on numeric keys
