His Foul Emergence item-granted skill keeps switching spots on the skillbar

Doesn't matter in which slot I equip the skill in, every single time I switch zones it goes back to M5.

Equipping it to a free skillslot when the skill is already present on M5 also removes it from the assigned skillslot.

Awesome.

This is terrible.
