Direct Whisper Feature in Trade

Hi,

When I use the Trade on the website for POE II trade, I noticed that direct whisper feature is not shown and only "Travel to Hideout" shows. My highest character level is above 25 and still in ACT II.
Do I have to buy the feature from the SHOP or do I have to clear ACT IV (some players recommended)

Please share if you guys had the similar issue and resolved it.

Are you sure there's a problem?

The new trade system using Merchant's Tabs doesn't involve messaging other players - you travel to their Hideout (hence the button) and trade with the Merchant NPC, Ange.
