Technical condition on the Ps5/pro

The technical condition on the consoles, PS5 and Pro, is simply terrible. I'll start: sometimes below 20 fps, tearing. NIS has flickering and texture flickering, FSR, yes version 1, which is unbelievable, why not version 3, has blurry graphics, especially with water, and strong ghosting effects. Then the sound has been faulty since patch 0.3. The explosion effects start to crack after a certain amount of time playing. Restarting the game helps. And then there are the network problems. Very severe lag during peak times, the game pauses automatically. Last but not least, the game has a very strong input delay on the controller for some actions. I have now officially complained to Sony, which I have never done in 20 years of gaming, asking them to check the technical condition of the game and, if necessary, remove it from the store.
By the way, I just bought Diablo 3 on sale. That's how an action game is supposed to run, GGG.
