Convalescence Bug

I have 130 spirit due to 30 from the first quest that gives it and 100 from my offhand. When I put a support gem in Convalescence, it that raises it by 30 spirit while it is activated, it works just fine like it should since I have 130 spirit total. So it is 130-60 puts me at 70 spirit remaining. Now if I turn it off or change zones, it deactivates saying I don't have enough spirit on my other set of weapons. But I only have one set on my guy. Is this intended were I have to get another set of weapons with enough spirit on it as well for it to work, even though my wand and scepter is already at 130?

Bumping. Pretty sure it has a hidden int requirement from +skill levels to all spells. Temp fix is to just get more int then you need for other attribute reqs or use a lower level gem until then.

This really does need to get fixed, I have a min maxed toon where every affix slot is important and have to accept a convalescence gem 10 levels lower than everything else even though I need the int requirements on the gem.
Convalescence works just fine without Clarity I but if I socket it with Clarity I it turns off every time I go to a new zone. I have 172 spirit on weapon set 1, 30 spirit on weapon set 2. I have 7 summoned Skeletons.

Convalescence takes 30 spirit, +10 for Clarity I, = 40 spirit. Says in the description that it has to have enough spirit with both weapon sets. Figured out why it wasn't working, you just need 40 spirit on your second weapon set. Wearing anything that will give you this requirement is enough.

Don't know if this is a bug, but I thought I'd put this here if anyone else is having this problem. Seems like this is how it's supposed to work, a little annoying, but a white scepter is enough to make the problem go away.
