Can you Chaos Orb a Desecrated Stat?

The Bow has 3 Prefixes, 1 that is fractured, 1 desecrated and 1 normal . If i use the Omen of Sinistral Erasure with a Chaos on the bow can it reroll the desecrated prefix or does it only roll the normal prefix?
