Build Overviw
The core of this build is a lot of rage gain on hit, allowing you to generate a lot of charges with hateforge.

Accumulated endurance charges can be consumed with Nebuloch to guarantee critical hits.

Charge infusion further increases your armor and attack speed. It also increases your critical chance, but that's not particularly useful.
