+# to Level Skill Suffix Bug

ISSUE: “+# to Level of All..” suffix no longer applying to relevant skills

Context: My “+ to level of all spell skills” suffixes are no longer applying to the relevant skills. Not sure what caused the issue but just an hour ago the suffixes were working fine and in the skills menu I was able to see the modified skill levels properly. I currently have level 12 spell skills with +5 to level of spells skills which should show Level 17 on the applicable skills but it’s only showing 12.

Troubleshooting: I’ve tried logging off/on, unequipping/requipping skills, crafting new skill gems, double-checked passive tree for errors, etc. Nothing is working. Not sure if this is just a UI bug or if it’s actually affecting my skill but my DMG #’s on the skills menu is showing half of what they used to be.
