Question about the Sphynx cat pet

Right now it looks like it comes out of the random loot box?
Do pets and cosmetics in stuff like this eventually go on the store normally so i can just buy it outright? I don't have any interest in the other cosmetics in the box so i don't really want to throw money away on it.
