Aftershock on Minions and Minion Area Nodes

Do minion area nodes affect the aftershock radius on minions (from the impact shockwave support gem)?

I figured that it should, but the displayed radius is 1.5M no matter if I add or remove a bunch of minion area nodes. So, I wanted to check if this is just a display bug or if the minion area doesn't impact aftershock at all.
