Demon visual effect

Hello everyone! I bought the "demonic sinister character effect" in the store for my witch, but I'm facing a problem: the effect doesn't appear in the demon form. It only shows up in the human form. However, I've seen other players using this effect in the demon form.
Can you tell me if this is a bug?
