This new Desecrated mod "increased life regeneration rate during effect of any life flask" does not appear to be working with the Unique Life flask "Blood of the Warrior Gargantuan Life Flask"

depends on your global life regen rate and the % applied during flask effect.

Giving this a bump. No increase in life regen during flask effect for the unique warrior flask.
