How to use Sacrificial heart

I completed act 3 and still have the heart. Can't go through the gateway to Uttzal/ Aggorat. Am I just stuck with it now? Zuletzt angestoßen am 06.09.2025, 11:50:27

Having the same issue? am i just hosed out of 2 passives or is their a way to go back to aggorat?

Nevermind i went back in act 4 and after going to the island i went back and act 3 gateway to aggorat is now available :) lol
