Time of Need doesn't remove curses

Spirit skill Time of Need doesn't removing any curses applied on maps.
Description of skill "While active, periodically invokes divine blessings to heal you and remove Curses and Elemental Ailments from you."

The same issue. But in reality it does removing, but the cooldown of Time of Need is refreshed and bugged every time, when you swap weapon sets, even if the ability if used in both ones.

Therefore if you use two weapons sets activly, Time of Need just doesn't work.
