Resurging Archon (Archon recovery period expires X faster) bugged

Archone recovery period expires X faster is bugged. I can spec 45% recovery period expires faster leading up and taking Resurging Archon on the passive tree and, regardless, my recovery period is 20 seconds. This is the base recovery time so 45% faster should be ~12 seconds. I tested specced and unspecced and got the same base recovery time. I am using Fire Archon and have not tested this with other Archons that this may not be bugged for

Can confirm, just ran into this myself. The duration increase for the Archon buff itself works, and my Archon buff is about 15-16 seconds long, but the recovery period is always 20 seconds, despite allocating that entire cluster in the top-left of the tree that gives both.

Same for cold archon. Reduction isn't applying. The recovery is always 20 secs.
the number doesn't change but it ticks faster. if you time it it should be lower. but this is so confusing i hope they change it so it changes the actual duration.

As brhm mentioned, the number shows as 20 but ticks down faster when you allocate points into the increased recovery. If you max out the recovery by allocating every possible passive point the counter will tick down from 20 to 0 in 10 seconds (so it doubles the rate of recovery even though the counter still displays 20).

do you know if "debuffs expire faster" work too?
After reading this thread. Nahh its bugged. It shows 20 second.
And faster tickrate, no its not faster. It just sucks.
It needs a hitfix today, my entire build relies on it.
Also update the 20 to be the actual seconds. We dobt need tickrates. Thats is for bandwith not this game. This game supæose to be Epic, not some nerdy coding experiment
