Second Wind Support III not restoring health.

I'm using Second Wind Support III on my Convalescence Aura. It states that it will "Restore 2% of maximum health for every 1 second of cooldown on the supported skill". The cooldown of SWIII + Conv is 42 seconds, you'd expect this to restore 84% of max health, however it restores 0 as it stands. I've tested it on the first and second use and neither restores health.

same issue with infernalists demon form

Same here. Energy shield is getting restored as it should but HP is not.
