Blasphemy & other Skill Gems bug

Right now i encounter several repeatable bugs that kind of brick my whole character unless i do a very annoying work around.

Most notoriously is my Blasphemy Skill bugging out every time i exchange its socket curses it suddenly stops recognizing the socketed curses and only works after getting a new Blasphemy Gem.

Then on the other end i got my blink skill that i was able to get into my skill bar once, then put it out after some changes and ever since then it cant be put back into the skill manager, it basically reacts to nothing, even buying a new one doesn't fix it.

And yes, all stats, requirement's whatsoever i am fully aware of and are not the issue, it worked before and just stopped working after i interacted with the gems.

Hi, please check that the curse target level restriction covers the monster level in the location. The curses now have a maximum target level restriction, shown in the skill description.
