Siphoning Strike Not Building Combo

Siphoning Strike does not build combo despite being a Strike. Neither the weak hit (not removing Shock) or the strong hit (removing Shock) build combo.

It's both categorized as melee + strike and it does not generate combo points |

Please fix. This is a longstanding issue now and is genuinely frustrating for Monk builds.
