Game Crashed doing tower

Was doing a tower game crashed and now I'm stuck in the map, tried to logging get unexpected error and back to login screen.

-user name is: christousen04#1596
-updated video driver and still same problem
-reset all the game settings to default still the same problem.
-Get the unexpected error message and thats it
