hey GGG how to equip dodge rolling effect from cash shop?

i spend houndreds of dollars buying mystrey box and got rolling waves dodge roll effect but i cant equip it theres no option found in game

Go to cosmetics then extras and I don’t see a box for it but it’s populated on the top of my list named “extra effect”. I had to close and reload it couple times for it to finally show up there.
