Doedre's Undoing doesn't apply Inevitable Agony on hit. Also Doedre's Dark Design becomes and option to hotkey which does nothing, but can make your character run in place.

Just learned this myself, super unfortunate. Was really hoping to do some Hexblast stuff with it :/
