gas grenades seemingly not detonating. not sure how to reliably replicate. the grenade is fired and lands on the ground, but does not explode and no gas is visible

Additional info - Grenades sometimes still explodes *many* ( +/- 10 seconds) seconds later.

I am having the same issue as well. I will try to clip it when I notice is happening next. Glad you posted, but I have been having other worse issues so this wasn't top of mind, but I am sure it is happening.

still an issue. about 1 in 4 grenades are duds and don't create gas at all and half of the rest have random detonation times.
