Blasphemy Curse Doesn't Affect Mobs

Chronomancer with temporal rift & time freeze, when I equip blasphemy + temp chains or elemental weakness, it reserves spirit and shows the aura around me but doesn't affect mobs. Don't see the - resists for elemental weakness nor see mobs slow down with temp chains.

i have similar problem elemental weakness + blasphemy works but temporal chain is absolutely bug efekt do no show under enemy hp and do not slow mobs. i play same class and ascendancy

For me blasphemy doesn't work either, not when self-casting and not with blasphemy.

Also getting this issue.

Blasphemy with temp chains works, but after casting elemental weakness, i dont see the debuff under the monster and doesnt appear to be doing more damage.

I specced into apex of the moment and that appears to be doing nothing as well while having blasphemy temp chains on.

Check wha the level of the curse is.
Curses have level limit for who it will affect.

My hero! I was relying on the equipped tab when upgrading skills and this doesnt show there and it's 100% this!. Thank you so much!
