Confront Kanu and the First Herald Act 4 bug

I got the cut screen when boss was on the rock in the arena and vanished. But state did not changed. Tried to restart client did not helped.

found fix lol :
go back to another waypoint (not in the excavation i went to arastas) and then go to teleport back to the excavation but control click on the waypoint , a new tab should open prompting you to "Open new instance" click that, it will restart everything and you can go kill the boss again (fixed it for me) |

UPDATE:
Instance restart will help. Go to the town. Go to waypoint, in map hold left CTRL and click on map location. In windows select new instance. You will have to clear again, but it will restart the instance. |
